Adaptta is a manufacturer, not an import brand. Since 2016 we design, patent and manufacture adjustable security metalwork at our plant in Illescas (Toledo): window grilles, fencing, safety bars, door gates, railings and handrails.

How we work

We start from rust-proof galvanised steel and transform it entirely in-house, in an almost fully automated process: fibre tube laser cutting, automatic cut-off saws, high-strength laser welding and production robots. Finishing happens on our own electrostatic coating line, with 200 °C curing ovens that guarantee rust protection. Automotive-grade process, applied to home security metalwork.

Why “adjustable”

Traditional metalwork is made to measure: expensive, slow, and it needs building work. We design every product to cover a range of sizes, with extensible systems protected by 19 patents of our own, which lock as firmly as a built-in grille. The result: 90 % of Europe’s standard openings are solved with a catalogue product — over 150 references available immediately — that you fit yourself.

Down to the last detail

We also take care of what you don’t see: shrink-wrapped packaging, cartons and strapping, so every product arrives intact anywhere in Europe.
